This policy explains what information we collect when you use Real Forest’s website, services and content (“Services”). The information we collect at Real Forest is to make our product work as well as possible.
In order to give you the best possible experience using Real Forest, we collect information from your interactions with our network. Some of this information, you actively provide to us (such as your name and email address, which we use to track your account or communicate with you). Other information, we collect based on actions you take while using Real Forest, such as which pages you access and your interactions with our product features (like exposures, interactions with the form, detect exit intent, detect when user scrolls). These third-party websites may independently solicit and collect information, including personal information, from you and, in some instances, provide Real Forest with information about your activities on those websites. We use cookies, IP addresses and similar technologies to recognize you when you return to our Services. We use them in various ways, for example to collect information about your online activity on the website, such as the web pages you visit, the links you clicked, keep users logged in, remember their preferences (such as default language) and remember users’ preferences for future use. Real Forest doesn’t track you across the Internet. We track only your interactions within our Services. Some third-party services that we use to provide the Services, such as Google Analytics, may place their own cookies on your device. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies and other online identifiers by Real Forest only and not the use of cookies by third parties.
If you have a Real Forest account, you can access, modify or export your personal information, or delete your account through the Services. To protect information from accidental or malicious destruction, we may maintain residual copies for a brief time period. But, if you delete your account, your information and content will be unrecoverable after that time.
We take appropriate security measures - including physical, electronic, and organizational procedural measures - to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. When you send Real Forest information, such as your account credentials or leads from a website, we use HTTPS protocol when it is enabled. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee security. You use the Services at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account.
Real Forest uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Google Cloud (USA), for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run Real Forest. Google Cloud (USA) is within Privacy Shield. Real Forest operates from Israel, a country recognized by the EU Commission as having protection adequate under EU data protection laws. Personal information collected or received by Real Forest in and from the EU, may be processed in Israel.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets such that your information would be transferred or become subject to a different privacy policy, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance - principally through updates to this policy and site - so you can opt out of any such new policy by deleting your account before transfer.
Sometimes we’ll send you emails about your account, service changes or new policies. You can’t opt out of this type of “transactional” email (unless you delete your account). But you can opt out of non-administrative emails such as digests, newsletters, and activity notifications through the Unsubscribe option within the emails. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. When you interact with an email sent from Real Forest (such as opening an email or clicking on a particular link in an email), we may receive information about that interaction. We won’t email you to ask for your password or other account information. If you receive such an email, please send it to us so we can investigate.
You have rights of access, portability, rectification and erasure, all as described in GDPR, and where we are the data Controller, you may contact us to help exercise those rights. When technically feasible, at your request we will provide your personal data to you or transmit it directly to another controller. As a data subject you may have a right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about how we process your personal data. You may lodge a complaint against Real Forest by writing to the Data Protection Authority, and you may contact our Data Protection Officer with regard to your data subject right - details below. We will not be able to provide access to data where such access would lead to divulging proprietary information, or may impinge the rights of employees or others.
To the extent prohibited by applicable law, Real Forest does not allow use of our Services by anyone younger than 16 years old. If you learn that anyone younger than 16 has unlawfully provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
Real Forest may amend this policy from time to time, and will publish changes directly to our website. Your continued use of our site means you agree to the terms of this notice. This data protection policy may be updated or modified from time to time, with or without notice to data subjects, users etc. Changes may be made to accommodate new laws and regulations, technologies, or industry practices, or for other purposes. New versions of this notice will supersede and replace prior versions. To the extent that such changes materially adversely affect our treatment of personal data, we will endeavor to provide notice to data subjects via our site.
